Ko Samui recently played host to the most recent season of White Lotus HBO Series now showing on Netflix.
The latest episodes was filmed in South Thailand on the beautiful tropical island of Koh Samui.
Various locations were used on Ko Samui. The Four Seasons Resort and Anantara were both utilized for filming a majority of the scenes.
There are rumors that some scenes were also taken at Santiburi Golf Course, as nine holes were closed to the public for a day.
While this information hasn’t been verified, a crew member was approached on the day but remained tight-lipped.
If the rumours are true we can all look forward to watching some of the cast dealing with playing one of the toughest courses in Thailand.
Previous filming locations for the White Lotus series, such as Hawaii and the Scilly Isles, saw a significant boost in tourism after the episodes were aired.
